What a bright sunny day for a beach! Seagulls ready to snatch food away, waves peacefully crashing against the sand and there's a restaurant near the beach for food! Near your OC appears to be a fish tailed dragon with a long cloak and a heart crystal scepter in her finned hands. The dragon began crawling towards your OC weirdly, how do you respond to this?

1. You are allowed to fight my OCs but their power scaling may vary. Sceptraqua works better in water rather than on land so please keep that in mind.
