Can Homelander one shot Soldier Boy after all?

After season 5 episode 4 The Boys I became surprised with the last part where Soldier Boy acknowledges Homelander would just kill him. I am not saying he couldn’t, as we have seen them fight and damage each other, but SB tanked everything HL threw at him
