Dayvigo dose

I've been taking 5 mg dayvigo. It makes me fall asleep super quickly, and I have very vivid dreams but then I wake up 3-4 hours later and have to take another 5mg to get back to sleep. Does anyone take 10mg and find it helps them stay asleep longer?
