Resume Help!

I really need help putting this resume together. I just got done getting my cdl a through school, i have my passenger, hazmat, tanker and doubles/triples endorsements. I can drive manual. Ive had my cdl b for over 2 years and I have about 2 years bus driver experience and a lot of box truck experience and miscellaneous jobs. I've noticed most jobs you have to put 7 years of your work history. Should i be 100% honest? I'm young and have job hopped a lot and have been rejected jobs in the past because of job hopping. I have a lot of jobs where i was there for less than 6 months at a time, a couple was less than 3 months. Will they dig that hard past my most recent job that was 2 years and the only cdl experience i have? Can i just lie about the duration of older jobs and make more relevant jobs longer time frames? Will they care about my job hopping before the 2 years as a bus driver?
