About the gudas limitations

somebody on twitter told me that they can summon shadow servants at any number on their own without support when I asked about the magical energy necessary they said their magical energy just increased to that level and they added that they can do these spells on their own but it contradicts what i remember since they can't cast the basic of spells on their own and when i mentioned it they said that they just got used to chaldea summoning system so now they can use summoning spells on their own can somebody confirm if these are facts.
