I feel so lost at age 24 (unmedicated and underdiagnosed)

Seeking Empathy

I'm here right now lying on my bed with few pending tasks/chores inside my half-sister's house.

I recently resigned from my first job in only a span of a month and a half. With only little money left on my bank acc. I still have to comply clearance, like signatures from store and area managers (which people I don't like and make my anxiety spike up)

For context, I quit this job because it was so overwhelming for me, and my body felt like declining. It's becoming depressing for me. 1-2 hrs commute to work, eating unhealthy foods, and I only had very minimal time for myself at night. I work 6 days a WEEK, holy shit. I just can't. And co-workers keep pressuring me and mean towards me because I keep making mistakes, I don't follow instructions and I'm forgetful..

My schedule for the psychiatrist is still pending online.. I wish it'll only take one session (costs around 40$). I live in the Philippines, so.. mental healthcare is not really accessible. I can only rely on myself.

I just fear one day I couldn't make it because of this damn life. I can't even make my body move over very simple tasks even if it's important. Living with a mental disorder and being not financially able feels like I want to give up in life anytime soon. I'm tired. Always been. It's embarrassing. I might end up on the streets...
