Nonstop beeping at nights in Queen Anne?

There’s this beeping that goes on all night, we can hear it from our apartment in North Queen Anne (very low volume, almost like white noise). Feels like it’s coming from the east side. But when we go out of the building, we don’t really hear it. Anyone notice it too?
