Supermarket trip

My sister was taking my mum to the shops and I had originally planned to go but had a bad sleep and decided not to , but last minute I found myself hoping in the car, the shops were very busy, I held my sister arm for most of it , I felt fine not anxious , no DPDR, but did have like a lot of pressure in my head maybe a headache also I felt unsteady on my feet. Went into woolys and a cheap store was a pleasant experience. I feel overall I know I can do these trips but I lack the energy or motivation to go anywhere which is the biggest thing I find hindering my recovery like I know I could go out and do things but I don’t want to have to deal with the feelings that may arise and I also just don’t want to go.
