Ice Machine at Night

Thanks to everyone in this community. It’s been a wealth of info and emotional support!

59M super active with a LPKR on 4/28.

For those of you using ice machines, do you run them at night while sleeping?

During my waking hours, I let it run 20 min on and 20 off, over my thin pants.

Curious what others are doing.

BTW, day 3 kinda sucked!
