Skate sizing question

So I am looking at getting back on the ice after a decade and need to replace a few pieces of gear. I have small feet and wear a 7.5 in women’s shoes. I’ve looked at a few brands and it seems like I’m on that weird in between of intermediate and senior. What size would you recommend I go with?
