[XB1] Bad RNG or am I going looking for nothing

Has anyone seen a Dr Bones plan drop from the spooky scorched yet? I’ve probably open 75+ bags and have yet to find one. It’s the one plan I’ve wanted since I started the game (only like 3 months) but still!
