What is with the light rails recently

I swear ever since the 2 line bridge opened the light rail has had more problems. the past 3 times I’ve been 2 of those times the light rail has broken for more than an hour; not to mention they don’t even announce its down until 15+ min later (they usually don’t even then, you find out by people leaving or a train stuck at you station) I really don’t think it’s that hard to give an announcement earlier on
