V-Strom SX 250 β Should I wait for flex fuel or just buy the E20 version?
Been looking at the V-Strom SX for a while now and almost ready to book. But the E20 only thing is giving me second thoughts.
Current model is E20 compliant but not flex fuel. With the government pushing E85 so hard, I don't want to be stuck with a bike that becomes a problem 3-4 years down the line.
Has anyone heard anything about Suzuki planning a flex fuel variant for the SX? Hero and Bajaj are already moving that way but haven't seen anything from Suzuki's side yet.
And if I just go ahead and buy the E20 version now, can it be converted with an aftermarket flex fuel kit? Anyone done this on a single cylinder? Would ECU tuning be needed on top of that or does the kit handle it?
Basically trying to decide if the wait is worth it or if I'm just overthinking and should book the damn thing π
Long term use case so this stuff actually matters to me. Any help appreciated guys
