What's with Kohli & his O.T.T celebrations everytime a wicket goes down & is IPL consistent with it's actions?

D.Rathi is fined for his excessive in your face celebrations .

A.Raghuvanshi is fined for throwing his helmet post his controversial dismissal.

Does IPL has the b***s to take action against Kohli who acts like a re**** everytime a wicket goes down?

During the game against DC as well , he ran directly towards KL Rahul and let a loud scream right next to him before moving in a different direction.

Its not new,did he have a rough time growing up or something......the way he acts on the field he looks like an insecure individual & the funny thing is if someone else does the same thing to him he takes offense instantly.
