I didn’t realize how much this was affecting me
For a while, I thought the issue was me.
I kept telling myself to focus more, manage time better, just work harder. On the surface, everything looked fine. The tools worked, the results were decent, and nothing seemed broken.
But the work still felt heavier than it should.
Not difficult, just constantly interrupted. Like I could never stay in one flow long enough to actually feel momentum.
It took some time to figure out why.
I was always switching. Start in one tool, move to another, then jump again just to finish the same task. Each step made sense on its own, but together they kept breaking the rhythm.
That’s when it clicked. I wasn’t struggling with the work itself. I was struggling with how it was structured.
So instead of trying to improve each step, I changed the setup. I moved most of my workflow into one place with Gen36 AI, set up more like an AI superbot where different models and tasks run together instead of being scattered.
After that, things felt different. I could stay in one place, continue without restarting, and actually focus without constant interruptions.
The work didn’t change. But the experience did. And that removed the weight I couldn’t explain before.
Now it just feels like one of those things that’s easy to miss when you’re busy being “productive.”
