Income tax on card shows

Hi y’all! I’m new to Pokémon cards and thinking about going to my first card show next week.

If you go as a regular attendee (not a vendor) and sell a card to a vendor there, how does that usually work tax-wise? Do you have to report it as income or capital gains? And is anything actually tracked or reported?
