CATS BATCH 22/23

Hi everyone, I’m planning to apply for the Comprehensive Air Traffic Service Course (CATS) Batch 22/23 under the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

My situation is this:

The application deadline is July 31, 2026, but my graduation is scheduled on August 13, 2026. Because of that, I won’t be able to get my official Transcript of Records or Diploma before the deadline.

I can request a Certification from our registrar stating that I’ve completed all academic requirements and that I’m a candidate for graduation, but I’m not sure if CAAP will accept that in place of the TOR/Diploma.

Has anyone here experienced something similar when applying to CAAP or other government training programs?

Do they usually accept a certification instead?

Would appreciate any advice or insights. Thanks!
