I've been ghosted the same day we would have a date, should I text her or how do I deal with it?

I'm going to try sum up all of this (19M).

When I was 17-18 I used to go pretty often to parties and hook up with girls, but it all ended there and never dated a girl, then I started to feel like a virgin and a failure for being 19 and never having a date with a girl before so I started to talk with many girls through tinder and instagram.

I matched with a girl I honestly liked, we talked and she asked for my number, it seemed like she was interest, she would even schedule the time, day and place to have a date, the day came and I texted her as she used to do every morning, but she never replied back, she completely ghosted me (or course I didn't show up to the cafe we would meet).

I still don't understand why, but apart from that I also gained an insecurity if im truly enough or just got some bad luck on me, because why would she ghost me the same day we would have a date, makes no sense to me, she could have ghosted me way before we scheduled a date, due to this insecurity I've been considering going to a psychologist.

I also don't like the idea of knowing I lost her after I got ghosted because I know I won't have another opportunity to get into a relationship with her.

That's why I don't know if I should text her again or just ignore her and continue my life, honestly I want to text her but that won't change much.
