Osu lazer won't open after update!

I'm fairly new to the game, and after like 2 days of playing, it gave me a notification to update. After updating, no matter what I try (run as admin, delete and download again, messing with game properties) the game will not open. I'm using my laptop with Windows 11. The GPU on my laptop is AMD, if that's even relevant. Please help I was just starting to get obsessed with the game!
