Searching For a Youtuber I Used to Watch

When I was younger (it had to be around 10 years ago now), I watched this one Minecraft Youtuber almost religiously. He played exclusively in one world (or at least, that was all I ever saw of him) and throughout the period I watched him, he built a mansion, a greenhouse with an automatic harvesting farm (using water, since most new methods of automation didn't exactly exist yet) and an extremely large barn/stable made of red terracotta, if I remember correctly. I think the most detailed thing I remember was the fact that he would put a torch between two bookcases (vertically), and that in the stable, he had gates that could either be used just as a gate that a horse couldn't get through, or could be lowered via redstone so that a horse could get through.... I'm trying to find him again, but I have almost no memories other than that. He spoke English, but I can't remember whether or not he had an accent... If anyone could help, I would deeply appreciate it.
