Weight gain after implants?

I gained about 15 pounds over the holidays and my boobs are definitely different now-less perky, more spread out on my chest, and honestly feel a little saggy? I didn’t think weight gain would change them this much since they’re under the muscle. Does anyone else notice this happening or is it just me? It’s kind of bumming me out because I was loving how they looked post-op a few months ago. Should I hold off on worrying or is there something I can do to help?
