Random pain in left testicle

I’m an 18 year old male, 5”7, 180 pounds, don’t take medication, don’t smoke, and haven’t had any real previous health issues. For like a year and a half, every like 2 months or so I get an episode of pain in specifically my left testicle for about a couple hours. When this happens, I notice my testicle is not sitting in the position it’s normally in, and is turned like 180 degrees clockwise. I’m not sure what it could be but feel like it can’t be normal so I’m just wondering if anyone had an idea. Thanks
