how often are you guys actually deep cleaning your fridge?

Coz every time I finally do it, it feels worse than I expected. I'll think it's fine then I start taking things out and find expired stuff, spills that dried up, and containers I completely forgot about. Some things leak or stick to the shelves so it turns into more scrubbing than I planned. It's like everything I ignored shows up all at once. Makes me put it off again even though i know that just makes it worse next time.
