Farm shed bug

Playing on Xbox with my friend on Oxbow. Whenever the icon top left shows something is missing in the farm shed it doesn't show me either in the farm shed's menu nor the worker's menu. It worked in the beginning as it should but one day to another all I can see is the top left farm shed icon but no further details. My friend now has to tell me every single time what's missing exactly. It still works in every single other building or worker menu. Tried reinstalling the game, put the farmer out of the shed and reassign them, but nothing fixes this bug. Any more suggestions? Thank you so much
