Possessed grandma, a book and demons

There’s this movie I watched as a kid that I cannot for the life of me find, I believe it was mid to late 2000s when I watched it, the biggest things I can remember is 2 granddaughters one a teen and one a child go to their sick grandmothers, there’s some book she refuses to let them see, there’s a scene where the grandmother is pushed from the window from the older granddaughter and lands on a fence underneath and I wanna say when the grandmother looks again the lady is gone, the BIGGEST thing I remember was the two granddaughters looking at each other through a window, the older one was in the house while the younger one was in a shed, as they look at one another you see the younger one be dragged from the window of the shed and disappear, I also think there’s a scene where their underground and the older one is begging the younger one to leave but she explains she can’t and she’s now trapped and cannot leave the area for some reason, there’s also scary as fuck demons floating around….im not sure if this is enough to go off but I am so determined to find this movie to see if it was as scary as I remember as a kid.
