Need a UGC video production agency that can produce 15+ social videos a month, recommendations?

Iam a performance marketer at a DTC skincare brand our meta ad creative is bottleneck right now . We have the audiences we have the budget what we dont have is enough fresh UGC style ads to keep testing

I ve tried hiring individual UGC creators on the usual platform and the quality is all over the place.half of them film in bad lighting, half deliver late , and i spend more time managing the pipeline than actually running ads. I want to find to ugc video products agency that can deliver 15 to 20 videos a month consistently, on brand, without me reviewing every single brief.

Anyone here using a social video agency on retainer for paid sociak creative ? How do you keep the output feeling authentic and not like agency UGC ?
