update on restarting: i’m so frustrated

so i ordered with lotus because they support maintenance for BMI of 19+ , and they’ve told me with the info i’ve given i can’t be prescribed because it’s been 6 months since i was prescribed (i have just explained that my last jab was less than 6 months ago and i went on wegovy after that for a month but im freaking out now because everyone’s decided that bank holiday weekend means they can take the friday off as well) and my BMI is under 30. really frustrated and worried now that they’re not gonna let me go back on it until i am back on square one and i know that would absolutely shatter my self esteem and probably my relationship at this rate. i’m so upset . i just want to feel good about myself and be healthy again.
