How common are hookups in Malaysia

My body count is 10 and I’m 25, but I’m just wondering how common are hookups in Malaysia?

I used to be in Australia and it used to be super common but eversince I’ve moved to Malaysia I notice women are less drawn to that and prefer something more serious
