Team Building for Niche Pokémon

Hi All.

I wanted to jump on the bandwagon and attempt to make a team around my favourite Pokémon (that are currently available in Champions) Stunfisk and Garbodor.

I've had some success with Unovian Stunfisk already (managed to reach ultra ball so far), but I really want to test out Galarian Stunfisk specifically a Terrain Pulse / Mimicry strategy. Obviously there aren't any available Pokémon currently that have terrain surge as their ability, so I've been trying to find Pokémon that have access to the specific moves, but I'm struggling to make it work effectively as I've not been the best at team building in the past.

I've tried prankster Meowstic with a mix of Psychic Surge and Misty Surge, and have also tried Bellibolt and Meowscarada with their respective moves, but - especially with the latter two, I never really found a reason to click the move which results in the strategy being a bit redundant.

Does anyone have any tips to help make this team workable? I realise it's a pretty niche strategy and may not work in the long run, but I want to at least try before I give up. I also know that both Stunfisk and Garbodor will probably rely heavily on TR and a Pokémon on the team to help counter both their respective ground weaknesses.
