Should I switch to solving 20 question blocks rather than 40?

Since the USMLE Step 2CK is going to become comprised of 18-20 questions per block in 30 minutes, does that mean that I should also adjust the way I study? Or do you think it would still be better to keep doing 40 question blocks in 1 hour
