at what point did managing your cars stop feeling simple

been talking to a few hosts and trying to understand how people manage once they go beyond a couple cars

one thing i keep noticing is it feels pretty chill with 1 or 2 cars, but after that things start getting a bit messy

keeping track of bookings, remembering maintenance, figuring out actual profit after expenses, a lot of it seems to be spreadsheets, notes, or just checking things manually

ive been trying to organize things better on my side using something like fleetomni and it made me realize how much of this is just scattered info rather than lack of tools

it works, but feels like it takes more effort than it should once you scale a bit

for those of you with 3, 5, 10+ cars, what actually changed for you? did you build some kind of system or just get used to it over time
