Manifestation As A way of life

Tips & Techniques

I have been following a routine for a good many days incorporating stoicism and manifestation. I feel that this morning routine and the practice of remaining self aware throughout the day has help me a lot in coming back to the new identity and leave the old man more confidently.

I was reading a book about Marcus Aurelius where he would follow a daily routine to keep himself on track with the virtues he wanted to incorporate within himself.

Manifestation too cannot be seen as a separate technique that we do only once or twice a day and leave the whole day on auto pilot. This is not how a successful manifestor conducts himself throughout the day.

So I came up with a daily routine to keep myself accountable when I am the only one guiding and supporting myself.

The day goes as follows:

In the morning when I wake up, I make a list of the tasks to be completed and possible challenges(situations) I might face.

To let go of my old identity, I imagine a role model whom I resonate with ( Neville Goddard) (Michael James), Abhraham Hicks, possibly anyone whom you resonate with. I go with Neville Goddard.

Then I imagine my role model going through the situations and the tasks I would face ahead on the day.

After I am done I think and act as if my mentor or role model is observing my thoughts feelings and actions throughout the day. I have seen that the thought of myself being observed by my mentor keeps me self aware and vigilant which gives the signal to return to my new identity if I am out of it.

This is a kind of stoic mindfulness applied for manifestation.

In the evening I go through my day in my mind and ask myself what would my imaginary mentor say?

What would he have to say regarding the way I have handled the situations today?

This makes me aware of any improvements I can make for the next day and helps me rehearse it beforehand.

This daily routine has shifted my state. It has made me self aware and also at the same time not too much hard on myself for being not up to the mark.

The fact that a mentor is always observing me and guiding me feels humane enough to not make this process hard and strict.
