TAP/IC

Hi everyone! I’m a first year student and wanted to get some insights from seniors (3rd/4th year) about roles like Internship Coordinator (IC) and Training & Placement Coordinator (TAP).

I had a few questions:

• What exactly does an IC and TAP do on a day-to-day basis?
• What are the pros and cons of taking up these roles?
• How much time commitment is required? Does it get hectic during placement/internship season?
• How do you manage this role along with academics, coding/prep, and personal time?
