Help with m340i engine oil and component service intervals

Hey everyone,
I own a 2020 m340i xdrive, apologies if asked previously but was wondering a few things:

1. What engine oil would you recommend for this car? I’m trying to figure out the difference between LL04 and 14/17 but unsure which one to go for. Live in the UK so not too cold, I’ve read 5w-30 provides good protection to components?

2. The car has done 55k miles, what components should I check and potentially replace?
   Last services at 48k, had oil, filters and spark plugs replaced. Changed brake pads as well recently

I drive hard occasionally, don’t track the car and used as a daily
