Miyabi and Wind

I've been seeing a lot of comments about Miyabi the upcoming wind attribute and a lot of people are looking it sound that Miyabi will be bench.

Can someone actually explain to me like I'm dumb? I don't under a lot of terminology of the game. If you could put it in Hsr terms I'd appreciate if possible. One time someone told me Yanagi was the Kafka of Zzz and I totally got it lol.

But in all seriousness. Is she really doomed for the upcoming world? Is there no team atm that can help her?
