Same interest rate and loan tenure but different EMI?

Two different banks have same interest rate for education loan but their calculated EMI is different even if the loan amount and tenure is same. Siddhartha Bank has lower interest rate(7%) but its calculated EMI is higher than other bank with (8%) rate. What could cause this?
