Doess the nature and physical appearance of a partner change according to the Dasha and AD of the planets that gave the marriage or relationship?

A friend of mine attracted a partner during the dasha of the planet in the 7th house which gave a partner having the exact traits and physical appearance signified by the planets in the 7th house which turned out to be very abusive.

Currently she is going through Venus MD and has a partner who has the traits opposite to the 7th house planets and reflecting the appearance and traits based on the position and aspects of venus.

How does this work and has anyone had similar experiences?
