Allied Universal 90 day policy

Anyone else dealing with this new policy? AUS will dock your pay and restrict you from carrying a firearm if you fail to requalify in time. In my case I was given the paper/signature needed 4 days before my armed status expired. Despite my armed status being now active they refuse to even acknowledge I received the paperwork late causing me to lapse. Anything that can be done?
