HELP, SimFlags SimHub, Brightness

Hey, ich just bought 2 Simflags for my rig (8x8 LED)

One is next to my wheel, its for the spotter and the other one is in the back of my Center Monitor for flags, i want to light up the room in the flags colour.

So it has to be brighter.

I dont know how to manage the brightness for both, settings for flags and spotter are working, 2 Devices.. but if i do 90% im blind with the spotter advice.. can anyone help?
