Dr Romance season 3

I watched seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix and am starting season 3 on Hulu. The subtitles on Hulu are totally throwing me off, though. The names are different! Euntak is Nurse Kim, Master Kim is Dr. Kim, they introduced Nurse Park as a nurse practitioner… Although I guess he could have levelled up as far as his job goes.
It’s just weird and I kind of hate it.
Are there any other dramas where the translator changes and it seems weird?
Random, I know, but I can’t stop thinking about it!
