I'm still gathering data about iontophoresis and I'm kinda pissed
Some 2 months ago I posted a summary of my research regarding different iontophoresis protocols / regimens / experiences: https://www.reddit.com/r/Hyperhidrosis/comments/1r6nmr9/i_analyzed_iontophoresis_postscomments_in_this/
You guys loved it
I've said that the data is often incomplete because it's basically scraped from this sub, so we need to gather proper data in a controlled manner
That's why I linked the form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeg5LXxwFSJx-TNtCopDv-Hr6Zo1y3QXHDkpQmC2xFBEGIMXg/viewform
So we can have good data and try to formulate a couple of WORKING protocols so we won't need to ask again and again about what works for the other guy
And the kicker is that for the more than 30K views of the post there is only 10 form inputs. Only TEN. Damn, I can't do anything with that
Iontophoresis works for me for many many years. I'm happy with it. It changed my life. But I remember how much work it was to get to a working protocol with trial and error.
And yes ofc you will ask what I use: 13-15mA for 3 minutes negative and 3 minutes positive polarization for 7 days in and 7 days out (break) with no maintenance phase
But for the love of god just give me the data and we will fkin see what works for most of us
If the form sucks just tell me, I will make it better
