Why is there no enteric coated remedies?

so for the people who have been dealing with this for a long time (also have been trying to treat SIBO for years) now I have a sensitive stomach and gastritis so I can hardly tolerate any herbal things. why is more stuff not enteric coated so it skips all the stomache heart burn and gastritis pain? does anyone know of things that don’t ? or that have the enteric coating
