Help Needed I can't play wuwa cause of this and scared I might lose my acc

So I was completing an exploration quest from the new update in the new area, and for some reason, it got stuck, with no buttons to click, but I was able to move the camera. However, couldn't move the character. I waited for 10 minutes, then relaunched the game twice. It's still not working. I wanna enjoy the anniversary, but I fear I may not be able to play at all. Can anyone help me?
