Is JPPOWER a good stock to buy?

It just crossed the golden crossover for 50 and 200 DMA. It has a good PE ratio compared to its peers. Lowered its debt. It had a bad quarter due to low sales, but the recent demand for electricity in this heat next quarter sales are expected to grow. Adani buying its parent company, the management also seems to be better.

It just seems too good to be true. Am I missing something?
