LOOKING FOR VIP #1 UPGRADE

Might be fucked, VIP upgrade was available 6 hours ago. Woke up with my new paycheck and it’s unavailable on the website. I know it’s not a supply issue. Looking for any solution. I know you’re not supposed to buy them resale. Looking for any solution and/or work around.
