What should I pull next? + party comp question

Right now I have:
C0R0 Nefer - Widsith, Night Sky
C0R0 Lauma - *still figuring out what weapon to give her cuz i dont have spindlelute*, *still also figuring out what set i should give her* (sorry i literally just got her)
C0R0 Columbina - Amber, SMS
Sucrose/Kuki/C0R0 Nahida (not sure which should be the last party member)

What should I pull next, Nefer/Lauma cons, or Nefer/Lauma weapons? And how should my party comp be? I'd like to get the most damage possible
