Making a literal a fic

Have you ever had a dream and immediately when you wake up you think "I should write this"?

I've never even written anything before but the dream was cool. im just not sure id be able to write it in a way that would even be understandable. Like i don't know if I'd be able to be descriptive enough or able to do the world building legibly... torn! Lol should i start writing???
