AITAH - ex wants my help

My ex gf and I have been fighting for a while. Long story short, she didn’t want to pay a little to operating costs (150 a month) for a space I owned while living together. It’d save her a ton but she felt strongly she shouldn’t have to pay. She then attacked me for my worth and value, said she brought more to the table and said she can find a better bf.

After a few weeks, and her kind-of but not really apologizing. I told her trust was broken and would take time to rebuild.

Then yesterday, she says that she actually quit her job a month ago while we were still together (she didn’t tell me) and while I still was willing to work together to move in (for extreme cheap for her). Now that her lease is ending, and she doesn’t have job, she says she has a proposition, she can move in with me and in exchange, I’ll have a gf again.

AITAH for being pissed at how manipulative and backwards thinking she is?

She had an offer from me for months for cheap to live together that she used to say she shouldn’t have to pay, attacked me for my worth and value, initiated the break-up bc of this and then now tries to use our relationship and my heartache to benefit off the thing she said I had no value from?
