afraid forest can "destroy" my iphone battery

hi!

i've been using the forest app diligently since 2023, to get my master degree. since then, i use it to focus everyday at work, and as a way to count my work hours as well, which means i use it around 8-9h every work day. recently, i've changed iphone and i realised this may not be the best for my battery. i don't know if this app can have a real impact on the longevity of my battery?
