Flowing/Jittering Ocean on Astraeos?

Hello! I have been experiencing a bug where the ocean on Astraeos (it seems mostly to be the ocean around the desert island in the south) appears to be 'flowing'. This also leads to jittery graphics for things at the ocean's surface. Unfortunately it is giving me motion sickness and keeping me from playing on the map.

Does anybody know any possible solutions? I have tried turning frame generation off and on, messing with reflections and post-processing, and so on.
